ALright,the last few days was really fucked for me. I was working from Tuesday to Sunday. Everything about it sucked.

Points system - LTK By DJIntroducing the all-new BBG point system!Objectives:* To help enforce the discipline within the guild.How it works:* Upon acceptance as a PENDING member, each member will receive 10 points.* The Wing Committee will deduct points if members are caught with inappropriate/undesirable conduct at their own discretion.* Conversely, if commendable performance is observed, (eg. hmm well frankly i get what ur trying to imply.band of friendsyes we are trying to achieve that.if everyone stands on the same ground as us and have a strict self discipline, then there is no need at all for rules.however can u tell me everyone who's going to join us will have such good self discipline?i would of coz, love to believe that, yes, everyone is such good people.but truth is truth.not everyone is self disciplined.in that case, rules and regulations needed to be placed.u could say it goes against the policy of friends.but then, we dont want friends to go hurting each other do we?do we want a person to come in, says he wanna join us and then start hurting us, causing unhappiness and still let him remain in the group?hence this regulation is needed to filter out those who doesnt deserves to be in the group.however i shall stress again.if anyone who has a good self discipline, i dont think he/she would have to worry about the regulations at all. since self discipline would always be stricter than the rules and regulations imho.so in summary, all those good friends who really wishes to be a part of the family will not be affected by this at all, while those troublemakers will be rooted out, hence we could be a better band of friends.well if there is any rules in this point system that you feel is unjustified in any way, feel free to voice out.personally i feel that this current rules is quite ok, will need some tweaking and addition along the way, but its still a good start.
